Sales Coordinator – Claims & Queries Support We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Debtors Department and Sales teams by managing claims, queries, and trading agreements. Key Responsibilities Provide clerical support to Debtors Department Manage returns queries, load deals, and handle trading term agreements Liaise with DPW and credit controllers for smooth operations Work with Sales Managers and Representatives to secure claim approvals Minimum Essential Requirements Proven experience in claims and query resolution Strong FMCG industry experience  Strong numeracy, analytical, and clerical accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word SAP experience (advantageous) Matric (Grade 12)
