Introduction
Maintenance Fitter and/or Electrician – Production Maintenance Positions Available: - 1 x Maintenance Artisan - 1 x Electrician or Artisan Aerosol experience is advantageous. Key Responsibilities - Perform preventative maintenance and attend to breakdowns - Maintain production lines to world-class standards - Capture breakdown data and support PM planning - Manage spares and liaise with suppliers - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including RCA, Kaizen and corrective actions - Support mechanical and electrical fault finding - Improve OEE, line speeds and plant efficiencies - Implement PMs and asset care plans on high-speed lines - Manage small project teams and support capital projects - Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements - Ensure compliance, safety and asset reliability Minimum Requirements - N3 plus Trade Certificate Millwright or Fitter - Red Seal advantageous - Electrician role requires Wireman’s License - Five to ten years FMCG experience preferred - Aerosol experience advantageous Skills Required - Strong technical aptitude - Experience on FMCG lines including fillers, cappers, labellers, shrink tunnels - Experience with compressors, RO plants, chillers, boilers and related services - Good communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and within a team - Advanced mechanical and electrical fault finding - Experience with production line setups Knowledge Requirements - Basic computer literacy - Knowledge of pneumatics, pipe fitting, conveyors, motors and gearboxes - Understanding of shrink tunnels, labelling machines, filling equipment and processing plants - Familiarity with boilers, compressors, RO plants and chillers

Maintenance Fitter and/or Electrician – Production Maintenance

Salary: Market Related

Reason for Employment
We are expanding our Maintenance Department as part of succession planning and to address current capacity needs. We require:
• 1 x TL01 Maintenance Artisan
• 1 x SPP Electrician or Artisan

Aerosol experience will be an advantage and may support internal succession planning.

 Job Description and Key Deliverables
• Perform preventative maintenance and attend to breakdowns
• Maintain production lines to world class standards
