Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and grow key FMCG brands within our skincare, body, and bath division. The role focuses on strategic brand development, market expansion, innovation, and strengthening brand equity across markets.
Job description

  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and global brand presence
  • Drive new product development and manage cross‑market projects
  • Execute brand plans, marketing strategies, and annual budgets
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity
  • Oversee digital and social media brand growth
  • Report and present brand performance with clear, actionable insights
  • Lead new product launches, line extensions, and improvements
  • Manage niche personal care brands with potential for mainstream growth
  • Deliver strong marketing impact within budget constraints
  • Collaborate across departments and present to senior leadership
  • Travel as required (valid driver’s licence and visa essential)
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation ability

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or IMM Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years’ Brand Management experience in FMCG
  • FMCG industry experience (essential)
  • Proven market experience in launching and growing brands, as well as managing the full marketing mix.
