Social Media Content Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Content Manager to manage and grow Amka Products’ presence across export markets. This role is responsible for managing multiple social media pages across different brands and regions, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent, effective execution across platforms.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a clear understanding of social media performance, SEO principles, and the ability to manage both organic and paid social activity across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple social media pages across different Amka brands and export regions.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
  • Execute social media campaigns in support of product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Create, adapt, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Adapt content for different regions while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Write clear, effective captions and copy with an understanding of SEO principles, including keyword usage, hashtags, and platform-specific optimisation.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including content preparation, execution, and basic performance monitoring.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, maintaining a professional and on-brand community presence.
  • Track performance metrics, analyse results, and prepare reports to support ongoing optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure aligned execution across campaigns and platforms.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, social media trends, and digital best practices.

Requirements
