Junior Brand Manager – Haircare Division

Amka, a leading FMCG manufacturer and recognized as South Africa’s Best Managed Company in the Personal Products sector, is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join the Haircare Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product launches, monitoring performance, and optimizing marketing activities to build strong brand equity and consumer appeal.

Minimum Essential Requirements:

  • Marketing Degree or IMM Diploma
  • 1–3 years’ Junior Brand Manager experience in FMCG
  • Valid driver’s license and own car

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement brand marketing strategies
  • Execute plans and manage new product launches
  • Monitor and report on brand performance
  • Maximize marketing impact within budget
  • Strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement
