Amka Products is seeking an experienced Production Planner to join its FMCG-leading personal care and homecare manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for production scheduling, materials planning, inventory management, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished goods across the supply chain. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years' FMCG manufacturing materials planning experience FMCG Strong MRP experience Advanced Excel and Power BI skills Solid understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, and supply chain operations Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules aligned to demand and capacity Run and analyse MRP to ensure material availability Integrate forecasts, promotions, and new product launches into production plans Manage inventory levels while maintaining service targets Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Ideal Candidate Experienced in high-volume FMCG manufacturing environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities Able to balance operational priorities and strategic objectives Suitable Candidates: Production Planner | Materials Planner | Supply Chain Planner | Supply Planner | Manufacturing Planner | Production Scheduler | Production Controller Key Screening Criteria for Recruitment: ✅ 5 years FMCG production/materials planning experience ✅ SAP ERP/MRP expertise ✅ Production scheduling experience ✅ Advanced Excel skills ✅ Supply chain planning knowledge ✅ Manufacturing environment exposure ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
