We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager with 5 years and more experience in an FMCG company to join our Specialised Marketing team. This role is suited to a driven individual with solid FMCG experience who is ready to take full ownership of brand performance and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing FMCG business and contribute to a high-performing marketing team.
Essential Criteria

- Marketing Degree or IMM Diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager within a relevant FMCG environment
- Must have FMCG environment experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust brand marketing strategies
- Drive annual brand planning and performance reporting
- Lead new product development (NPD) and successful product launches
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets effectively
- Strengthen brand equity and deliver profitable growth

Minimum requirements
- Marketing Degree or IMM Diploma
- FMCG
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager within a relevant FMCG environment

- Experience managing new product development (NPD) and product launches
