To assist in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.

• Minimum 5 years’ payroll experience gained in a medium to large company (500 employees)

• Minimum 5 years' SAP Payroll experience

• Experience working in a medium to large corporate environment

• Grade 12 (Matric)

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly employee payroll and wage deductions

• Capture and verify hours worked

• Review and process payroll adjustments

• Upload bank payment files

• Distribute payslips to supervisors

• Resolve payroll queries before the next payroll cycle

• Process and pay labour broker invoices

• Process staff loan payments

• Handle general payroll-related queries
