Amka Products is a leading FMCG manufacturer in Skin Care, Bath Care, Hair Care, Home Care, Perfumes, Deodorants, and Sun Screens. Our Health and Beauty portfolio includes some of South Africa’s most-loved brands, proudly exported to over 60 countries worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and grow key FMCG brands within our skincare, body, and bath division. This is a strategic role focused on brand development, market expansion, innovation, and strengthening brand equity across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and global presence.
- Drive new product development and manage cross‑market projects.
- Execute brand plans, marketing strategies, and annual budgets.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
- Oversee digital and social media brand growth.
- Report and present brand performance with actionable insights.
- Lead new product launches, line extensions, and improvements.
- Manage niche personal care brands with potential for mainstream growth.
- Deliver strong marketing impact within budget constraints.
- Collaborate across departments and present to senior leadership.
- Travel as required (valid driver’s licence and visa essential).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or IMM Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years’ Brand Management experience in FMCG.
- FMCG industry experience (essential).
- Proven track record in launching and growing brands.
- Strong exposure to managing the full marketing mix.
