Amka Products is experiencing exceptional growth and expanding its Export Division. Following the successful appointment of eight Brand Managers at Amka, we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our export team and help drive the growth of our premium FMCG brands across East and West Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional who is passionate about brand growth, innovation, and delivering commercial success in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Marketing or a IMM related qualification. 2–5 years' Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry. Proven experience managing brands across African markets essential Key Responsibilities To execute brand growth and drive market share and business growth. Create and implement strategic brand plans for the Africa market Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives. Manage brand profitability, sales growth, and brand equity. Key Competencies Strong initiative and problems solving ability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking with sound financial acumen. Consumer insight and market analysis expertise.

Essential Requirements

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related qualification (Required).
Experience
2–5 years' Brand Management experience in FMCG.
Experience working across East and West Africa.
